You'll be the technical backbone keeping a rapidly growing product running reliably — continuously raising the bar on service reliability across performance, availability, and scalability. Through core SRE practices — incident response and prevention, SLI/SLO design and operation, observability design and improvement, toil reduction, and capacity planning — you'll embed an SRE mindset throughout the entire development process and lead the cultural shift that makes reliability a shared ownership across the organization.
