Career Summary
After transitioning from a career in hairstyling to the IT industry, I began working in testing and quality assurance. I have a strong interest in Agile and Scrum and have participated in and helped organize related conferences.I joined CADDi in March 2024 as a QA engineer.
Why I Joined
I joined CADDi because I was strongly drawn to its mission to unleash the potential of manufacturing. I believe everyone has potential within them, and that the desire to grow is what connects to that potential. I was excited by the idea of working on a product that can engage with that desire for growth and help turn it into real execution power.
Role at CADDi
In addition to my day-to-day work such as creating and executing tests, managing defects, and visualizing quality status, I am also responsible for improvement initiatives including strengthening test assets, enhancing quality analysis, and improving the quality foundation.
