This role is about being CADDi's technical expert on the ground — working shoulder-to-shoulder with customers in the data-rich, complexity-heavy domain of manufacturing, and committing through technology to their business outcomes. You'll also serve as a critical bridge between the front lines and the product team, translating deep customer needs and real-world challenges into sharp feedback that drives product evolution and new solution development. This goes well beyond product implementation or support. You'll develop a thorough understanding of each enterprise customer's complex business challenges and existing system landscape, then design and implement solutions — including API integrations, data migrations, and custom development — that unlock the full potential of CADDi's products. From pre-sales technical validation (PoC) to leading implementation projects, through to post-launch adoption support, consulting, and technical proposals for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, you'll be a true technical partner — leading the full customer lifecycle through technology and enabling real business transformation.

Direct contribution to customer business transformation: As the closest technical partner to Japan's leading enterprise customers, you'll tackle large-scale, complex challenges at the heart of their operations and management — solving them hands-on through technology. Hands-on experience designing and implementing sophisticated solution architectures: This goes well beyond delivering standard product features. You'll dive deep into each customer's unique requirements and existing systems, then design and implement advanced architectures yourself — spanning API integrations, data migrations, and custom scripting. A genuinely high-difficulty technical challenge.

Experience at the intersection of business and technology: You'll be involved across the entire customer lifecycle — from pre-sales technical validation (PoC) to leading implementation projects, through to post-launch adoption consulting and upsell proposals. This breadth allows you to develop both deep technical expertise and a sharp understanding of real business challenges, at a high level across both dimensions.

Experience shaping the direction of the product: The raw, frontline insights you gather from customers — including deep needs that standard features can't fully address — get analyzed, synthesized, and fed back to the product development team. Your input directly influences the product roadmap and how the product evolves.
