This is a role where you'll lead the full product lifecycle end-to-end — from ideation through launch and into continuous value delivery — spanning service design, customer discovery, and project management across business, operations, and engineering. Your mission is to maximize product value by working closely with stakeholders and drawing out the best from both the development and operations teams, ultimately driving meaningful behavior change in customers. At CADDi, you'll be managing not only new product launches and ongoing improvement initiatives, but also multiple projects running in parallel at any given time — requiring you to maintain a clear, well-prioritized product roadmap and backlog, and drive execution with all of that context in mind.
