After majoring in product design at Tama Art University, I worked at JAMCO on the design and engineering of aircraft premium-class seats and other products. I later earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in the U.S. and supported the build-out of digital transformation organizations at McKinsey. I joined CADDi in 2026 and now draw on these experiences to lead product management in the design domain.
Two things made the decision for me: passion for the domain and the people. With my background in design and product development, I felt that a product tackling the structural pain points of manufacturing was something worth dedicating my energy to. On top of that, the people I met in the product organization during the interview process all had both boldness and intellectual flexibility—the kind of people I genuinely wanted to fight alongside. That ultimately pushed me to make the final decision.
I am responsible for product management for a new product in the design domain. While understanding the needs of customers involved in design, I translate those needs into requirements and work closely with designers and engineers to drive development.
