Developed an interest in the principles of human behavior mediated through products through early experience in education, leading to a career in product design. Studied Human-Computer Interaction in San Francisco, followed by product design roles at global B2B SaaS companies and startups in the U.S. Involved in UX research and design, as well as building and scaling design organizations, establishing processes, defining metrics, and developing design systems.
Why I Joined
I joined CADDi driven by my interest in the complexity of B2B products and the opportunity to create meaningful impact on real-world operations. What stood out to me was the team’s ability to push things forward at a ground level, along with the strong sense of ownership and broad perspective shared across the organization. Working with highly motivated and thoughtful teammates continues to challenge me, and I saw it as an environment where I could significantly accelerate my growth.
Role at CADDi
I joined CADDi in September 2025 and am currently working on the product design of CADDi Quote. In addition to UX research-driven design, I focus on shaping design governance in collaboration with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across teams.
