Why I Joined

Throughout my career at a systems integrator (SIer), I worked closely with customers to deliver the best possible solutions within their budgets and requirements. However, because of the nature of that role, there were often limits to how fully I could realize my customers' ideal solutions. I frequently found that frustrating, and over time, I developed a strong desire to move beyond simply delivering projects for clients and instead build products myself—products that could create direct value for end users. As I began looking for an opportunity where I could leverage my years of infrastructure experience, a recruiter introduced me to CADDi. Having worked with manufacturing customers for many years, I had firsthand experience with the complexity of the industry and the challenges involved in driving meaningful change. When I learned about CADDi's products and the technology behind them, I immediately saw their potential to solve many of those long-standing challenges and make a significant impact on the manufacturing industry. What ultimately convinced me to join CADDi was the opportunity not only to respond to customer needs, but also to build products with my own hands and contribute to transforming one of the world's largest industries. I felt that CADDi offered the perfect environment to take on a new challenge while applying the experience I had built throughout my career.
