After graduating from the School of Creative Science and Engineering at Waseda University, I joined P&G Japan as a new graduate and worked on launching new production lines and improving productivity at a paper diaper factory. I later moved to a startup, where I worked in overseas business and recruiting before becoming a product manager. I joined CADDi in 2024 and now work in product management.
I joined CADDi because I believed it was a company that can impact the very structure of the manufacturing industry. Manufacturing is still an area with significant inefficiencies and fragmented information, and I was strongly drawn to the company's effort to transform it through technology. I was also attracted to the environment, where many people bring strengths in both technology and business and engage in essential discussions from their respective perspectives.
I am responsible for launching new features for a data utilization product for the manufacturing industry. Based on industry research and user interviews, I defined the target users and operational issues and translated them into product design. Working closely with engineers, designers, and customer success, I continue improving the product through implementation support and by gathering feedback from customers.
