Career Summary

I started my career at Mitsubishi Chemical Systems, where I was primarily involved in the development and operation of production management systems. After gaining further experience at a systems integrator (SIer), I joined White Plus as a backend engineer and Engineering Manager, contributing to the development and operation of "Linet." Since joining CADDi in 2021, I have led the renewal of the order management system and the development of accounting modules for core system integration. Following a role as development leader for CADDi Drawer, I currently serve as the Head of Development for the AI-powered costing cloud, CADDi Quote.

Why I Joined

Since the start of my career, I have been consistently involved in system development for the manufacturing industry and core systems for web services. A turning point came at my previous job when, despite an increase in management responsibilities, I realized I wanted to dedicate my technical skills and expertise more deeply to hands-on development. I chose CADDi because I am confident it is an environment where I can fully leverage my knowledge of both business systems and web technologies. In addition to my interest in modern technologies like Rust, I was strongly drawn to the scale of the mission: ""transforming the massive manufacturing industry."" The primary reason for my decision to join was my desire to apply my career experience to solving the challenges facing this vast industrial sector.

Role at CADDi

During my first year, I led the backend design and development for an order management system replacement project. Following this, I served as a team leader for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), where I drove product development to improve the integration between inventory and accounting. Ultimately, I led the development of the entire production management system, covering everything from order processing to accounting connectivity. In 2023, I transitioned into a management role as a Group Leader for "CADDi Drawer,""a manufacturing data utilization cloud. Currently, I serve as the Head of Development for "CADDi Quote," an AI-based estimating cloud launched in 2024. I have been consistently responsible for everything from technology selection to organizational management, adapting to system evolution as the business scales.
