Chinnapa Pattamada
Career Summary
Originally from India, I studied in Singapore and Japan before starting my career at Goalist, an HR big data company in Tokyo. There, I worked on a range of data aggregation and analysis projects before being asked to lead a new subsidiary, HumAIn, as CEO, building AI-powered services for a global audience. In 2022, I transitioned into the sustainability sector to drive greater positive impact, serving as CTO of Sustainable Lab, a leading corporate sustainability data platform in Japan. I joined CADDi in April 2025 and currently work as an Engineering Manager.
Why I Joined
I was introduced to CADDi by an agent. Once I met the members and learnt about the company, I was impressed by (1) the focus on making impact on the manufacturing industry (2) the impression of the high level of capability of the engineers and other managers I spoke to during the interview process. These were by core reasons for deciding to join CADDi.
Role at CADDi
I've been at CADDi since April 2025. I'm currently working on improving developer experience at the company by creating tools to measure and track various methods of code health, as well as implement company wide frameworks for making testing and data management easy for engineers.
