30 years of Software Engineering experience, a majority in a leadership role. Experience in scaling e-commerce systems, building IOT monitoring and command control systems for a manufacturing company from scratch, and building and scaling teams in HRTech. Now focused on helping CADDi's tech organization become more global and scalable.
Why I Joined
I like what CADDi is doing (their mission), how they are doing it (their culture), and the people I work with. It is a well established company with great market penetration and growth, but still operates as a start up with extreme flexibility in how decisions are made. I feel I've already made contributions in the first few months and I think most new joiners have the ability to do so if they put in solid effort!
Role at CADDi
I am focused on helping CADDi's tech organization become more global and scalable. Analyzing the hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and promotion processes have been some of my earliest activities. I'm also working to build a stronger platform organization identity as CADDi makes more investments in becoming an AI-Powered Manufacturing Data Platform.
