Why I Joined

I joined CADDi because I was deeply inspired by the company's mission to unleash the potential of manufacturing. I am originally from Gifu, where many of my relatives are connected to manufacturing, and I grew up close to that world. As I reached the midpoint of my career, I wanted to work at a company that would let me tackle the roots of where I came from head-on.
