Aaron Santin

Engineering Manager

Career Summary

After moving to Japan more than ten years ago, I began my career in the gaming industry, quickly growing from an individual contributor to a technical leadership role. As I later transitioned into a different industry, I realized I could create greater impact as an engineering manager and made that shift. I joined CADDi as an engineering manager in November 2025.

Why I Joined

I completed a major mission at my previous job and was looking for a new challenge. I was following CADDi for a while. """"Unleash the potential of manufacturing"""" sounded like a big mission and a big challenge. I received a scouting message directly from the company, and I felt it was the right time for me, so I went ahead.

Role at CADDi

I have been focusing my efforts on engineering management for my team. Engineering management can go from people management to project management, from product management to technology management, from information management to stakeholder management, and everything in between. I also have a background of working in different multicultural environments. CADDi has a very diverse population, and we are in an accelerated growth phase. This creates various challenges to maintain a healthy culture, so I also work on cultivating a good communication and collaboration culture.
